As you all know, teflon (PTFE) is called "plastic king". Because of its excellent organic chemical reliability and corrosion resistance, PTFE products have played a key role in chemical plants, mechanical equipment, electronic devices, household appliances, military, environmental protection, highway and bridge industries. In which, Teflon plate The use of is more common. PTFE board (also known as Teflon plate and polytetrafluoroethylene plate) can be divided into Molded plate And milling plate. So, do you know the difference between the PTFE milling plate and the PTFE molding plate? What are the manufacturing steps of Teflon plate?

One of the significant differences between the tetrafluoroethylene milling plate and the tetrafluoroethylene molding plate is their manufacturing process. teflon The milling board is made of Teflon epoxy resin rubber and plastic products, which are calcined and then converted into products, while the Teflon rubber and plastic product board is formed under indoor temperature, and then calcined to reduce temperature. In addition to the difference in manufacturing process, there is a difference between the PTFE milling plate and the PTFE molding plate, that is, their thickness is different, that is, the thickness of the PTFE milling plate is 0.5 mm - 8 mm, while the thickness of the PTFE rubber plastic product plate is 5 mm - 50 mm.

In fact, no matter what kind of production and processing technology, the production process of bismuth tetroxide board is not much worse.

1) Preparation of raw materials in advance: F4 epoxy resin; Ethanol; Abrasive tools; Sintering furnace

2) Prepare the abrasives in advance: before pouring F4 epoxy resin into the abrasives, clean them with alcohol to ensure that there are no rust marks or attachments inside and outside the abrasives. Such practice can ensure the cleanliness and detail of the PTFE board, and it is not easy to have all the problems.

3) Weighing: calculate the net weight according to the formula G=PV weight (where G is the amount of concentrate feed, P is the relative density of the commodity (2.18g/cm3), and V is the volume of the commodity).

4) Feeding: Evenly pour F4 epoxy resin into all the surface layers to extract the surface layer, which will ensure that the leveling and color of the PTFE plate are not far away from each other. Otherwise, the PTFE plate will have different shades and thicknesses.

5) Preforming (suppression): calculate the working pressure of the barometer according to the formula, then set the suppression working pressure and suppress the epoxy resin.

6) Mold removal and finishing: remove the semi-finished product processing from the grinding tool, and carry out surface finishing to make its surface smooth and clean, with neat edges, and it can be formed.

7) Calcination: gradually put the semi-finished products into the sintering furnace, properly put them into the sintering furnace, heat them for about 1 hour to 390 degrees, keep them insulated for about an hour, and just start to reduce the temperature after about 4 hours, until the room temperature is reached, and then carry out the finished products from outside the furnace, and then install them.

The teflon plate of the finished product has the characteristics of firmness and durability, reliable sealing, soft and easy laser cutting, mechanical equipment or manual clamping, and convenient installation. Therefore, it is widely used in industrial production in high and low temperature tests, anti-corrosion raw materials, insulating layer materials, adhesive free architectural coatings and other fields.
