Fluorine resin is formed by homopolymerization or copolymerization of individual fluorine containing atoms. Fluorine resin can hardly dissolve impure chemicals when it is touched with high-purity chemical reagents, and has excellent corrosion resistance. It can also maintain purity for long-term application. In fluorine resin used in clean and high-purity chemical reagents, especially in teflon (PTFE) and tetrafluoroethylene perfluoromethyl vinyl ether polymer (PFA) are more common, and their corrosion resistance is better, and the types of corrosion resistant high-purity chemical reagents are more common.

Key physical and chemical properties of fluororesin: organic chemical plasticity, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, non viscosity (easy to clean), low friction resistance (self wetting), low dielectric index, weather resistance (no aging), no toxicity, flame retardancy

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin accounts for about 70% of all fluoroplastic raw materials. Because of its unique molecular formula, such raw materials have good corrosion resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance primer, and resistance to most organic solvents. meanwhile, PTFE board It has the characteristics of resistance to low temperature and relative high temperature, and the operating temperature range can reach - 80 ℃ - 200 ℃.

Polytetrafluoroethylene resin has very low surface energy and friction resistance, showing surface non adhesion, while its molecular structure characteristics make its anti stress relaxation working ability relatively poor. Proper modification of PTFE can enhance its comprehensive energy. At present, the key points of PTFE modification are surface modification, filling modification, and blending modification. The key point of surface modification of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is to select sodium naphthalene tetrahydrofuran saturated solution for modification. The key goal is to destroy the hydrogen fluorine bond on the surface. After being modified with sodium naphthalene tetrahydrofuran saturated solution, it is bonded with epoxy resin acrylic resin adhesive. Its shear strength is above 10.7MPa, which solves the problem of composite with metal materials very well, It is commonly used for tower and storage tank.

The key to the filling and blending modification of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is to add carbon fiber materials, molybdenum disulfide and other inorganic compounds during the forming process, and to improve its abrasion resistance and stress relaxation resistance. The modified PTFE raw materials are more suitable for the application of the filler and support point main parts.
